Bernice’s has been creating exquisite wedding cakes since 2002. We follow the same philosophy with our wedding cakes as we do with our in-house cakes; quality and perfection are the standard and are achieved through the utilization of fresh ingredients, small batch mixing and scratch-baking as well as a true passion for the craft.
Each year our wedding team educates themselves on the latest trends and techniques while remaining true to who we are: an exclusive all-buttercream bakery that believes a cake’s flavor is just as important as how it looks.
In addition to our wedding cakes, we offer a full selection of pies, cupcakes, dessert bars, and cookies to round out any wedding cake table. Many couples choose to go the non-conventional route and forget the cake altogether.

It is our recommendation to reach out nine (9) months prior to your wedding date.
We also recommend you secure your date and pay your deposit six (6) months in advance. We are limited to servicing a small number of weddings each week and, based on paid deposits, operate on a first come, first serve basis.
A wedding consultant will reach out within two weeks with a basic estimate to get you started.
Our cake tasting boxes are $25.00. This fee will be deducted from your total cost if you book with us.
Tasting boxes include: five (5) cake flavors, three (3) fillings and three (3) frostings.
