croissants
Our croissants are unique to Bernice’s. They are larger with billowy centers and crispy toes. Some are sweet; some are savory. From mixing the dough, to shaping, filling, rising and baking, the process takes over 24 hours which is why we require 48 hours advance notice for all special orders.
Croissant Flavors: Raspberry Jam, Almond, Chocolate, Cinnamon Nut, Ruby Tuesday (Rhubarb Pie Filling), Mixed Berry, Pesto, Garlic Butter, and Jalapeno Cheddar.
danishes
Our danishes are a Bernice’s staple. We dust our croissant dough with cinnamon and sugar then shape it into an elegant swirl. The Maple Pecan Danish is drizzled with our coffee-infused glaze while our Cream Cheese Danish is topped with sweetened cream cheese and a dollop of fruit filling.
Cream Cheese Danish Flavors: Raspberry, Lemon, Lime, Blueberry, and Huckleberry.
breakfast rolls
Our Breakfast Rolls begin with our distinguished “sweet dough”, smeared with melted butter and dusted with cinnamon and brown sugar. Choose either a classic Cinnamon Roll topped with an old-fashioned sugar glaze or our Caramel Roll, which is sprinkled with toasted pecans then baked in our gooey homemade caramel sauce.
scones
Our English Scone is made with a medley of dried fruit and topped with crystallized sugar. Not too sweet and perfect with a no-frills Americano.
butterhorns
This Bernice’s creation is made from a flakey pastry dough smothered with cinnamon, brown sugar, butter, and pecans, rolled into a small crescent and baked to perfection.
pound cake
A long-standing Bernice’s favorite, our Pound Cake is sweet and smooth. The flavors change daily and range from light and fruity to chocolate and spice. Keep an eye out for the legendary Mocha Chip.
muffins
Everyday Bernice’s offer a variety of muffins including: Buttermilk, Bran, Vegan Pumpkin, and Wheat Free Vanilla. With 48 hours advance notice you may place a special order for your favorite muffins with the fruit of your choosing: Lemon Blueberry, Triple Berry, Raspberry Peach or Cranberry.
