Schedule is as follows:

Friday-Tuesday: 4pm-midnight

Primary Duties include in knowledge of yeasted doughs, mixing, scaling, and preparing dough in large quantities, lamination, and attention to detail.

Secondary Duties include stocking, cleaning, washing dishes, and general prep.

Desired skills:  positive attitude, hard working, self initiative, and life long learner.

Primary Duties include production of all fillings and toppings that the department uses, along with making and baking coconut macaroons, general dish washing, vaccuming, and mopping.

Secondary Duties include stocking, cleaning, assiting bakers.
