Bernice’s Bakery Job Opportunities.
Learn how to decorate cookies and cupcakes the “Bernice’s Way”! Professional experience is welcomed, but not required. We do, however, ask for a commitment of a minimum one year of consecutive employememt. All Bernice’s Decorators are also expected to train for a minimum of 3 months with our front of house staff to ensure appropriate product knowledge.

Thursday-Monday 10am-6pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Decorator
Fill customer special orders as well as in house demand for decorated cupcakes, sugar cookies, and cake writing
Package, label, and properly store finished product
Maintain a cleans and safe work environment
Adhere to health and safety regulations by maintaining product freshness and sanitation
Meet time goals as set forth by the cake team manager
Deliver cakes directly to customers, when necessary
Provide courteous service to customers, when necessary
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Team Player
Is courteous, friendly, and pleasant
Is able to perform simple math problems to follow recipes.
Demonstrates artistic ability and a basic understanding of color theory.
Excellent time management skills

Friday-Sunday: 11-Close (6:30-7:00pm)
Sunday: 7:30am-4pm

Secondary Duties include stocking, cleaning, handling money, and brewing coffee
