Cookies, Brownies, and Bars are Bernice’s staple treats. Our bakers start with the finest ingredients, making each piece by hand, from scratch, everyday. Many of our recipes date back to the year we opened, others are being developed and tested right now, to give you a wide assortment of tasty treats to choose from. 

We offer a variety of cookies: Chocolate Chip, Wheat Free (WF) Sugar Cookie, Snickerdoodle (WF), Oatmeal Raisin, Molasses, Peanut Butter (WF), Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroons (WF), Bernice’s signature Sugar Cookie and a house favorite: the Mookie.

We offer two kinds of brownies: Our Espresso Brownie is infused with our signature coffee blend and topped with a chocolate covered espresso bean. Our Emerald Forest Brownie is made with our signature brownie base, covered in a layer of mint buttercream, and topped with just the right amount of chocolate.

Toffee Bar:  Imagine a bar made out of chocolate chip cookie dough, only the chocolate chips are melted on top and then sprinkled with walnuts.

Caramel Fudge Bar: Chocolate chips, caramel, and almonds hugged by chewy layers of our brown sugar oat crumble. 

Peanut Butter Bar: A graham cracker peanut butter base with rich semi-sweet chocolate melted on top

Vegan Oat Bar: Two layers of sweet oat crumble sandwiching a thick layer of apple slices and berries. 

Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake: Cheesecake infused with orange and lemon, then marbled with whole blueberries atop a buttery oat crumble. 

Lemon Bar: A tart lemon custard sprinkled with powdered sugar on top of a shortbread crust. 

Bees Knees Bar: A buttery shortbread base topped with sliced almonds, Wustner Brothers honey and a hint of orange.

We do our best to keep our case filled with house cakes each day, though short-staffed times can make that a challenge. To give our amazing team some breathing room, we’re pausing custom cake orders until 2026. We know this may disappoint, and we’re truly grateful for your patience and support.
